Those PBS logos are creepy. But then again, many things from the '70s were based on Surrealism, making them quite eerie, like a weird dream. The original drawings of the Letter People (with the black backgrounds) are very surreal. Wish I had a nice big poster of them.

Wow! Fantastic video, and I admire your anime version of Mr. J! Hehe, Jingle Jingle Jacket! Mr. J's song is my favorite Letter Person song. I mean, you listen to it once, and you've got to listen to it a couple more times at least.

True. You've also got to keep in mind I find really weird things scary (like old PBS logos, for instance...) For some reason, it seems my mind just perceives things differently from many peoples'.

Hmmm. I never considered that one scary, in fact I considered it cool. When I first saw it, I thought he was in a rush to go somewhere, but later in life (after seeing CATS), and seeing him on the TV show, that's when I thought his pose was more Mistoffelees-styled, leaping through the air before he started in with the spins.
