zenoah 26cc phr full mod.MOV

First type with new engine.
Elcon teflon clutch need to be tune to take much higher.
Now it takes about 5000-5500rpm, so the car wont take of so nicely.
All so need to finding carb settings.
But like it sayd, it´s first time i drive this engine.
Weather is quite nice, -9 degrees celsius.
