GSP's ABDOMINAL & MMA-STYLE CORE CONDITIONING WORKOUT

Georges St-Pierre's core training is broken down into five high intensity circuits specifically designed to give you greater balance and total body control. These movements train you to transfer power with maximum efficiency for total speed and higher impact. A strong core is key for your daily movements and essential for the best abs of your life.

Your core transfers explosive power between your lower and upper body. This will carve a completely rounded torso and abs to synchronize your body as one strong functional unit for fighting or just family fun. Carry yourself confidently with balance and total core control.

Train with GSP and learn the MMA strength and conditioning strategy that's made him one of the fittest athletes on the planet. This core conditioning video gives you first hand access to the secret training approach of a champion. In 45 minutes a day you will perform, feel and look better than ever.

  • ive started doing this ON BEGINNER, its fuckin deadly but it makes you feel great after everyone should do this

  • @heshhh88 do you even know how to punch? i mean not like a windmill...power punches come from your feet...take a look at tommy hearns...or julian jackson...or james toney...do you know who they are?

  • @heshhh88 that's why gsp went on record saying chest muscles are the useless when it comes to throwing a punch, and he never trains with chest muscles? You're fucking dumb, go back to training like a bodybuilder you gym rat, keep building your muscle mass thinking your punches are gonna go faster and hit harder every time you push those iron cast weights up from your chest. Clueless moron.

  • @chuggyman1 That's not a fail at all you fuckin idiot. Look at an incline standing cable fly, its the same movement except here you twist your hips... and what do flies hit...CHEST. epic fail
