Hate to break it to you, but a lot of the people in the "hood" aren't bangers, and I doubt they'd be considered the "lowest class of human being on the planet" unless they were murderers or child molesters. Anyway, I live in the "hood" and I know that you can't judge people based on where they live. There are "cool people" in the hood, just like there are "cool people" in the burbs, rural area's etc. Remember, some people make poor decisions and those people can come from ANY neighborhood.
