  • What's the film at 2:48?

  • @Deppaddicted I think I think I think, don't quote me on this, but if my memory serves me right I believe it's By The Sun's Rays. About mining. But it's been a long time. I think it's here on youtube. It's pretty short, like twenty minutes. Sorry I can't be more of a help. But I believe it's By the Sun's Rays :)

  • Cool video.. yeah check out Chaney in "The Penalty"(1920). He plays a double-amputee criminal named Blizzard. Amazing!

  • Thanx for watching! I absaloutely adore "The Penalty" it's soo sad at the end though! I needs it for christmas...(Ohh Santy...) Another one that I cried at in the end is "He Who Gets Slapped", that one is utterly sad!

  • @arisztidoltz Ah, thank you :) whether you are right or not, I will most definately enjoy any Lon Chaney movie!

  • Man this song blows!

Totally inappropriate for the context of this great man.

  • Great video! I'm not really a fan of Three Days Grace, but the song really fits well with the films. It really captures the pain and misery that Lon Chaney portrayed in all his characters. My favorite Lon Chaney film is Phantom of the Opera, and it's still scary to this day. God bless Lon Chaney!

  • your colorized phantom clips are gorgeous!

  • All of his charecters were misunderstood, or at least from all the movies I've seen, but I have to agree Quasimodo did have a disadvantage. OMG I just finished watching The Unknown...once again a great one!

  • It's hard to choose a fave because all his performances are outstanding but I have a soft spot for Quasimodo;)
