so recently, since my elbows been getting better, ive decided to start working properly on my handstands. Me and ross (91brewer) said we'd each upload vids of recent stuff, so we can see how we're doing, and heres mine..
unfortunately, im not quite there with my L-seats to handstands (as you can see, i tried it on my knuckles to gain a bit of height) so any tips would be appreciated :)
wow really impressive stuff you make it look very easy
just wondering, do you do anyother back excersises for handstands other that doing handstands and planche?
:)

Thank you very much.
I'm currently working on handstand from knees being on the floor. (I know it's probably the easiest one but I have no skill with handstands :L)
Watching your form has helped me a lot (Y)
Thank you :)

very nice man you've come a long way:) i'm impressed, and seeing good things:),for the L-seat though try going up onto your fingers instead of knuckles for the transition from L-seat to crouch, once this is done roll back onto palm like a normal handstand, also for the press-ups respect for them,to help with the balance try leaning back more, and for the tucks, try coming down slower, you will conserve more energy for pushing back up into handstand, like the straddles, good video mate, see you soon:)
