all that the black smoke consists of is large particles of unburnt fuel, which immediately fall to the ground and are virtually harmless, the emissions out of these new hybrids and shit are ten times more harmful than what we pour out of our tailpipes, the only thing we are hurting is our wallets because we have to fill up more often, get it right before you start complaining dumbass

No blow off valve. It was a non wastegated hx40. That sound is just the turbo spinning down.

I have long since sold this truck. The problem that day was a combination of a very tight converter and 100+ temps that i hadnt encoutered yet. Had a lot of fun with that old girl. Ill start tweeking the new 06 here soon.
