Yo that's crazy. I was doing weighted pistol squats at the gym while balanced on a bosu ball and I was going down low like that too and it killed my knee and took me a couple weeks before the discomfort left. Doesn't going lower then 90 degrees like that hurt your knees or did I do something wrong?? Keep that shit up fucking sick.
Nice strenght for one leg but in a real front squat the equivalent of the weight you lifted up there would had injured your back as hell. I'd say you can front squat like 300 pounds.
