One of Freda's finest songs and the album that contained this tune stood out as one of her best! Got lots of air play on the jazz stations and quiet storm in L.A. Also, note, John Klemmer, sax player extraordinaire co-wrote this song and does the solo on here too.

"Lost In Love" is a jazzy hypnotic gem from Freda Payne's "Out Of Payne Comes Love" masterpiece from the mid-seventies that is sadly still unreleased in its original state and is one of the greatest vocal treasures ever recorded...Bravo Freda!!!

"Lost In Love"was re-released in its original state on the song-titled CD"Lost in Love"(1999)produced by Universal Records.All 3:55 of it remastered so go get it now member!

Nice tune, I'm a pianist, and a singer I worked with did this tune with me back around 1980

after hearing Freda Payne do it. It still sounds great almost 30 years later.

I have the release of "Lost In Love" and love it but not the complete "Out Of Payne Comes Love" original release with that sultry picture of Freda & that missing song "Million Dollar Horse" is incredible and not on any cd to my knowledge...never gonna give up my old vinyl autographed copy of "Out Of Payne Comes Love" and it was a thrill enjoying this awesome legend in concert and meeting her!
