LoL Glitch - 3rd Tier Masteries with only 7pts

You'll get 2 errors when you start a game and when you save a mastery. But the points still remain.

"Steps to Reproduce:

Spec at least 16pts into a tree, ensuring to place at least 1pt into a T4 Mastery
Place 1 extra point into a T1 mastery
Remove 1 point from a T2 mastery
Remove 1 point from the T1 mastery you placed a point into
You now have only 7pts in the first two tiers but are free to spend points further down the tree."
