This is my first Taking a lap series... for all you motocrossers who still love the 4 stroke bark with out the music! this was not a full lap as I was leaving and was not tending to do this.. enjoy!

@m0t0cr0ss17 Yeah usually im guessing they slow down work on technique then do a 30 minute moto or something but i gues that all depends on what his trainer wants him to do

@m0t0cr0ss17 Not true at all... pros still slow down and work on technique like every rider i ride with pros when im down in california and got a couple pros when im at home who i ride with. They do hot laps and slow laps to figure out where they need to push themselfs and work on your their technique. I watched a interview with barcia and he said, yeah this year slowing down and working on my technique has really helped me become faster. They dont just do fast laps slow laps are important too.

@HDvelocity when pros train all they do is "hot laps" if they just went to the track and didnt push themselfs they wouldnt get better.
