@orlandofriend You may not like to hear that kind of music but I did, very musical. And I don't think it is a waste to play like that or understand what he does. Not everyone want to play Jamerson bass line. There is a world outside of the traditional role pop and rock music ingraned in the head of too many people.

You can tell that this is a learned musician and obviously capable of playing traditional bass. This type of playing is very cool, but I assure you I will never desire to hear this again... the technique was far more interesting than the music. That said, I hate to see young bass players pursue this style without become highly proficient in the traditional role of a bass player.... it's a waste of time and effort.

i still have yet to see the point of "piccolo bass guitar" let alone 6 string piccolo bass guitar. you're not fooling anyone. just get a guitar and stop acting like 6 string piccolo bass is it's own instrument, it's not. it's just a guitar.
