Demo Review - The Lord of the Rings: Conquest (M)

OK! My first review! And it's on the demo for The Lord of the Rings: Conquest. Wow. It's bad, it's imbalanced, and it's a disapointment of epic proportions for me. It has good concepts, but they all lack some serious polish-... No. They feel like they arn't even finished. I guess that could be because it's a demo... but so close to the actual release? I doubt it... either way. "It's a dark day for Middle Earth".

wow angry nerd yor an idot becasue killing people is the same as campain as in multiplayer then in x box live maches the only difrence being on line the players actualy have a brain. also i would like to point out that u did a demo review this was a bad idea because to do a full and just review on the game u need to play the whole fuckin thing jess u idiot .o ya another thing that i would like to point out is that all classes a4re very use full last thing id like to say is review the full game!!

I did. This review was made when only the demo for the game was out. Which I picked up and played within the hour of its release because it was the spiritual successor of Battlefront 2... even if it wasn't Star Wars.

As to the campaign and the multiplayer. There are no grunts or elites in the online multiplayer. And brain or no, Mages still rock the socks.

everything you said about this game is correct because this game is a wet fart, its shit, online is the fucking worst thing in the world and single is second.

what ar animals about like the hrse or warg lol so slow and no tactical advantage what so ever in using them, same is the mounted weapons SHIT the heros are balls aswell and you couldnt even be a flying nazgul whatsthat about????

My theory? Pandemic was sitting around with they're thumbs up they're ass for a couple of years before EA came a knocking and said, "Make us a game like Star Wars: Battlefront, only use our LOTR license... And do it FAST." So they did. And... It sucks. Sucks hard and long and leaves me praying that Pandemic doesn't fuck up if they make a sequel, or are smart enough to go back to SW:BF if they get the rights to make the third.
