Just basic Shop Light from walmart with one GE bulb from there as well and second is blueish bulb from petco that I found on sale for a few bucks.

@xaykham123 no straight from tap with Safe or whatever the powder one is called added directly to the tank. Temp i just adjust the tap so its about 82-83, tank is at 83. pH I don't check but it's around 7ish. as long as its always the same discus will be fine.

@DAgosto5 something like that, basically about 3-4" of water remains in both 55g sump and 120g tank after i drain it.
