    She seems to think the faster the tires are spinning the faster you are going. By her logic, cop sees a monster truck aggressively overtake a car going the speed limit doesn't care because the monster truck's tires don't have to spin fast. She needs to be taught the meaning of the word per. It means "in each", a car going 60 MPH travels 60 miles in each hour.

    She isnt stupid, he just missed the Main Point.
