If and only "if" you wanted to fly with "all" the features on would you need a NASA computer :) Truth is it flies fine if you have a remotely powerful computer and are reasonable with the features turned on. It can be a very complicated and realistic sim, "if you want it to be." your option. Some have money to do that. Some work up to it, option's yours, don't turn on all the bells and whistles. Inthe end, download the demo and see for yourself what works for you. Nothing deceptive about that.

Thanks! There's been a lot said about trying to trick people into buying the sim. I can tell you that's been far from the truth. Anyone can download the demo and try it for themselves and see what comes and doesn't come with X-Plane. Lot's of Freeware adds great value and lots of pay ware adds even more wonderful planes and scenery. In the end, buyer decides. Whichever sim, have fun flying in the virtual world!
