Play level Kikowani Station on Legendary (Co-Op okay)
and fly to the 3rd open area. Once there, fly right until you see a bridge and land on the sloped ledge behind it. Run along the South ledge and drop onto the platform overlooking the bridge.

Stand in the back middle of platform to hear Siege Of Madrigal
