Thank you! Yea it's definitely a hard lesson to learn when you have to really look at yourself good, bad and ugly and really rethink how your actions contribute to your own problems. I do the same thing--project my problems and/or unhappiness--onto others, and even though I'm aware of it, it's a hard thing to change. The "if only everyone would change to suit ME," mentality as opposed to, "I'm the one that needs to change." A lot of this really resonated with me: about therapy and talking it out, instead of "putting a bandaid on a gaping chest wound." Also, the part of not being able to change anyone else, let them make their own mistakes and love them anyway. Awesome video!
