kahit maging cutting edge technology ang drainage system natin wala pa din magagawa yan w/o proper discipline. stop complaining at isisi lahat sa government. we are all guilty, we are all at mother nature's mercy!!!

im just sayin.. the president should have immediate solutions/backups. the whole time this had happen like 3days ago, ive never heard on the news about the president.. until yesterday just to ask for help from other country and thats way too late because people already suffered the worst of ondoy. shes way too slow.. noynoy aquino will be a better president than aroyo.
but i hope this will never happen again anywhere..
it hurts to see people suffer like that esp when they're helpless.

ha. i swear, drainage system in the philippines is very poor and weak.. and ofcourse, the people.. they lack the discipline to not throw garbage on the street.. it blocks every drainage pipes.. or whatever it is that water flows from in case of tragics like this would happen. they basically asked for it. i feel bad but they just don't care sometimes.
and the president is so damn slow to react to something big like this.. it took her 2days to call for help from other states. boo
