I'm not saying she's never had any work done, because who really could know that, it's all guess work... but people make something out of nothing. Her cheeks look different? Maybe the obvious shimmer on her cheeks affected your perception. Ultimately, she still looks beautiful, and so i don't really see the point in commenting on it.
