@blitzkreig000 yes it is, i got it at the ferrari store in las vegas nevada, also i modified it and made it look like the 2010 version, except the front wing, i made it custom, ill post a vid except i cant show how to build it because i just worked on it as i went

look at the customerservice @ Lego.com ,and download the Instruction...
then you can be sure if there is one in ,or not ;-)
