Jeremy Fox has signed with Phaidon Press, one of the leading publishers of books dedicated to the visual arts, to author a cookbook tentatively titled SEED TO STALK : A MODERN CULINARY HANDBOOK. Slated for a Fall 2012 release, Fox has been given freedom by Phaidon to create "not only a 'beautiful' book, but one of the most interesting books about vegetables ever published." Seed to Stalk will include a collection of recipes that showcase the visionary cuisine that instantly made Jeremy Fox one of the world's foremost authorities on modern vegetable cookery.

Anyone will be able to follow the progress of the garden with the launch of seedtostalk.com. Designed by another renaissance man, Eli Woolery, also handling the task of the cookbook's photography, the website will begin offering images, recipes, a journal, links, and much more in the coming months. Woolery holds a Masters Degree in Marine Biology and helps run an aquatic photography website called wetpixel.com. This background in underwater photography lends an unorthodox yet keen sensibility to how he captures the beauty in the garden or on a plate.
