But yeah, I'll try and get in a video response every now and then if you keep this up every day. As for your thoughts on what makes a good leader, I agree, for the most part. Psychologically, I guess a good leader would need emotional stability as well as conscientiousness. I'd go on, but this damn character count holds me back. Which is why I'll probably be video responding too once in a while.
