Enya is a musical genius. She is one of the few women who have attained this level. I have so much admiration for her work ethic and her understanding of music.

And Enya does not use a "machine" to sing as others have suggested. In the studio she uses reverb like every other artist. The backing layers are layered with individual vocals that are then enhanced with an abundant backing reverb to create a choral swathe, it takes a long long time to get that effect.

Her vocals are 100% live here, the only part that is playback is the instrumental part of the song, which is enhanced by the live musicians playing the strings on top of the original recording.

@nicoleiscoolrawwwwrr People get used to artists who couldn't match the voice recorded in their album because they can't sing without help from machine. Those people instead doubt artists who actually have the talent and can match the recording almost identically.
