@Weh1921 that sounds like a pretty good workout to me, when I use to subscribe to Powerlifting Video Magazine, I would use this variation of a good morning except it was in a sitted form and I had worked up to doing a sitted good morning with 225 lbs for reps of 10 for 5 sets and talk about making my lower back strong, that was when I was squating over 400 lbs and much younger then too now I'm in my early 50's.

I once saw a strength demonstration by Putski, he bearhugged a steel barrel into a pancake. I'm thinking I wouldn't want to be in his headlock.

@Moredread25 I tend to avoid using the S-word without proof. Too many people around here tend to talk like the only way to get muscle is with the juice and that just ain't true. Guys like Warrior and Dynamite Kid, they were obvious 'roid-heads. Putski however is innocent until Proven guilty.
