Known as a pentecostal diplomat, Prophet Mosley has transcended race and denominational barriers in the United States, Europe and Africa. Consecrated as a bishop in the Original Pentecostal Holiness churches in the late 80's, he continues to serve as a futuristic voice for the church worldwide.
