PerformanceCorps.com Ping-pong hops are a drill I started using with my wide-receivers but have adapted to use with volleyball players who want to get both sprint speed (through the hops), reaction-time, and hand-eye coordination (through the pong).
It's also really fun. I incorporate these or a variation of them into my program once a week during the off-season and more during recovery weeks and in-season. Enjoy.
