Is Shad mainstream in Canada? I know the dude just won a Juno, but do they play his stuff on the radio up there? Thinkin' it may be time to pack my stuff and drive north.Whole new respect for Canada....

I like them both to be honest, but it was Shad who got me into appreciating this whole genre.

Not a huge Kanye fan - don't dislike, just not a fan. Shad, on the other hand, is one of my favourite artists of all time. Only had the chance to see him live once but GOD DAMN was it worth it.

@vanVokes @RSC510714 lol you have to understand that comment is almost in a month or so 2 years old, and I've only been a hip hop fan for about 3.5 years, and mbdtf wasn't out then, and its mbdtf not mbdn if you knew kanye. I'm a bigger fan of kanye than shad now that my taste has progressed and grown, I was going through an "anti mainstream" phase back then, don't judge. Kanye is probably my favorite artist.
