I personally thought him covering up the boner at the end was his realization of what hes become, he's uncertain of what, just knows that it's wrong. His perversion throughout the video and him covering up the boner is a definition of innocence, the way he even gestures it is a "whoops mummy i'm sorry" it's beautiful, because it shows how tainted even a child can be without awareness whatsoever.
