  • Tom,

I've heard you mention, throughout your books and videos, how extremely dated and archaic the Crows Foot is (or at least imply as such), and I'd like to know why this is the case. Does it not accomplish what it was designed to do logically and efficiently?

I ask because I'm not sure if it does. I was also curious if you'd designed a different mechanism that achieves the same effect but with simplicity and greater rate of success.

    Your viewer,

    Dillon

  • There are two different designs, both of which are greatly superior to the stone age version on almost all clarinets.

  • Hi

I'm really a rank beginner so I can't judge, but my teacher is a fine clarinetist. He likes it very much and is considering getting a new one to replace his R13. It sounded very fine when he played it for me. I don't hink you cn go wrong.

  • I am interested in this instrument how does it play? Hows the sound....I'm considering purchasing one.

  • Hi Tom

I'm really enjoying the new Lyrique Pro I bought a few months ago. I find your videos really quite good. I recommended them to my clarinet teacher, who is now also enthusiastic.

By the way, I started playing on a student instrument at the beginning of this year and this is my 83rd year (of living not clarinetting). Keep up the good work
