Ok...yah i was bored so i made this vid! I hope this helps people who get bored of their other cp jobs!
It doesnt really matter what options you choose in the book, except for the one where you either pick "DJ, Viking, or Alien" I put all the places where to find the extra coins, including where you would go if you picked either DJ, Viking, or Alien.
