i managed to get that only using 4 bullets. was quite tricky

can just give his sniper away cause he can't darry it and gets a PPSH

not really its impossible to get it with 4 shots first shot here 0:13 second 0:15 third 0:20 fourth 0:25 FIFTH 0:32 READ THIS CLOSELY IT WAS 5 SHOTS!

yeah you can, I just got this achievement yesterday using the strategy guide, took me a few tries, but I got it

You can, you just have to move to the left and you can get a clear shot on the guys chest and the dogs skull. I got the achievement the other day. :-)

You can't get the dog and the guy anymore, it's impossible.
