How to Kick or Ban in Halo PC

Learn how to kick or ban clients(people/noobs in your server) from your Halo PC (game) server. This also works for Halo Custom Edition.
*This does NOT work for Halo Trial.
A lot of people have been asking me to post this tutorial, so here.
