thanks for all the useful infos and I can watch videos now without freezing.
I just want to breakdown all the useful steps I've read here.
1.) Download AVS Video Converter.
2.) Open AVS, Convert to wmv (fps 25, resolution 320x240)
3.) After converting your video make sure to change mcc to mtp settings inside your gogear settings > pc preference. Then plug in your gogear to your computer.
4.) Copy your converted video inside gogear video folder. Watch and enjoy!
