Bill McKibben was one of the first writers to address global warming in a popular form in his 1989 book, The End of Nature. In recent years, he established 350.org, an advocacy organization promoting global action to tackle climate change. In this appearance at Yale Divinity School, he addressed the climate challenges facing the world, and the need for a public action to bring attention to the problem. In a new interview with Yale Environment 360 [www.e360.yale.edu], he talked about the need for global action.
