Thanks for that. However he talked a lot about the business side of the MS but I would have liked him to talk about the songs and song writing because that was the real talent and strength of the band. The PR stuff was something they weren't very good at.

Wow I've never heard Bid talk so much either. However I went their gigs about 30 years ago, he had less talk on the stage.

For someone who loves British punk and new-wave of the late 70s, but doesn't know the history of it, this interview was incredibly interesting. Great stuff.

Loved the Monochrome Set. Bid and I used to write to each other, many many years ago. He invited me to a gig at York Uni where they were supported by Del Amitri. Oh happy days!

The Monochrome Set..Funny catchy and very underestimated. So many of today's bands seem to have been influenced by them, yet nobody I know sms to know much about them. Shame.
