Delhi and Mumbai's Kidnappers Prepared for Monsoons...Even if the City Corporations Didn't

While the various city corporations of Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai are yet to prepare adequately for the season rains (they always seem to be surprised that it rains at this time of year) SOME enterprising citizens stand ready for impending floods.

I apologize in advance for the laugh track. A newschannel requested for it and then gave us "haath" and didn't pick up the show.
