This is so far our highest quality arf plane kit, well priced and almost-ready-to-fly! The P40 Warhawk has a fiberglass fuselage and cowl painted in vague colors. The rib wings are covered with Solartex and airbrushed to match the color of the whole aircraft. The wood that makes up both the wings and the fuselage are all laser cut. The high precision of fiberglass and fine painting work make this kit an extremely realistic aircraft. It is a perfect combination between scale looks and excellent flying performance. The kit comes with a full color decal sheet, wheels and a fuel tank. This war bird is a must fly!

Special thanks to Al Morris!!!

  • when you buy it does it come with a manual because my dad and I were going to build one of these but smaller and i just wanted to know

  • @1298Jazzy no "Kits" are JUST the airframe in most cases.

  • shdup

  • did the original smaller engine come with the airplane?

  • This aircraft has a horizontal mount and I haven't see a really good conversion mount as of yet to accomodate a gas engine, It's my personal opinion that the very best setup for this plane while keeping the weight to a minimum is an OS1.60 two stroke. I'm using the 3000 to see just how big you can go safely and still have a good performing warbird.

  • You right Nitroplanes and Xheli double or triple packs their products. UPS resistant. Never had a damaged or broken product from either. Great job their.

  • and maybe a brushless setup? i have a few big .90 brushless and they rock

  • why no mention of a gas choice? i like gas over nitro in the bigger models..

  • sweet!
