@vthokie900 while i agree with you to a certain extent i also disagree. sure, there are parts of wilmington, like any other city, that are less desireable, i find that wilmington is one of the most beautiful places i have ever been...and i've been to a lot. i lived in wilmington for a while in 2006. the only place i would say that isn't that great is on market between 30th and the exit to 17 towards the beach. but downtown, the beach, and areas around the creeks are great.
