In this episode, I'm going to show you an INSANE workout that builds your shoulder muscles and burns fat through the Afterburn Effect.

In this workout I'm going to be showing you one of my FAVORITE Afterburn Training techniques.... SUPER-SETS! This is when you do 3 or more sets back to back, with no rest. It's a killer technique for getting a lot of sets in quickly in the gym, so you can build muscle without a ton of gym time. And, it's also great to create a need for your body to recover, so you burn more calories through Afterburn (EPOC.)

  • @screamoboy96 I am 17 and I'm 1.83m but 1.86-87 but be great for me but I asked because everyone I know who sees this immedieately says oh this stops your growth and stuff..

  • @qazeu Depends how old you are, 15+ you're fine.

  • is it true that the first exercise will stop growth(height) ?

  • thumbs up if your gnna go workout.

  • without the supersets;ehind the neck snatch grip push press-5x5,push jerks-5x5.the whole point of an exercise like the clean and jerk is to get from point a-b.of course momentum will come into play,but on the second and third pull.this giant set will skyrocket your pulse rate.7x5 in the clean and jerk,with a 2 inch bar and only say 45 seconds rest made me go from 71-148.awesome!

  • @Tymerman1 If you can do 6-12 reps and really having to push yourself around 8-12 then that's a good weight.
