the "with white, light and fluffy whipped cream floating and swirling on top, rag" was written as a companion rag to Larisa Migachyov's delightful Hot Chocolate Rag - (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHe3aPIvxXk ).

When you become more familiar with this piece, you may call it "light and fluffy" for short, but until then you should use its full name.

Another posting shows how the two rags go together - (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qzz2ypcLbP0 )

Yep, it is most definitely a rag. However, it was composed recently by Monty Suffern as a companion piece that can be played simultaneously with Larisa Migachyov's "Hot Chocolate Rag." Ain't it fabulous!

  • Tom,this is a delightful "with etc etc-phew!"Not being a musician I allow myself the question:is this a Rag?But,as they say in the USA,whatever.A really lovely piece.

  • Fabulous!

I Love this melodious and harmonic jewel.

  • What a stunningly beautiful composition, Monty, able to stand on it's own two legs as a rag; when heard in combination with Larisa's Hot Chocolate Rag, it brings tears to my eyes.
