  • @jmp678 AMEN!!!!!!!!

  • @jmp678 of course you'll lose weight only eating 800 calories a day. It may work at first, but what about after a year? Are you still going to be on the cookie diet. You will gain all the weight back right after you start eating real food again.

  • "Are they nutritious?" "Eh... *avoid question* anyway you have 6 cookies a day.." xD wow. that should settle it, right there.

  • It is good tht the cookies do not taste good so the dieter won't binge on them.

  • @tes2death They said quite a few times that the cookies are fortified with vitamins and minerals. The difference from real food is that government 'vitamins and minerals' are those that have been identified as important from research. There are numerous anticancer phytochemicals that are also in real food that we cannot fortify back into meal replacement cookies, which is why real food is better. You lose weight if calories in < calories out. Nothing said about muscle mass vs fat mass.

  • ...i need to find a way to make money off of stupid people.

  • Only an idiot would believe this. I am upset that so many folks have even wasted their funds on this nonsense.

  • lol scam

  • This diet a joke! Save your money! If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Your body is made up of a hundred trillion cells and those cells need proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and water. Your body needs all that good stuff to function. You're not going to give yourself that on six cookies a day and a 500 calorie dinner. Come on, now!

  • A cookie diet is a stupid idea, even if it works.
