  • I must, no not strong enough IT is required of me to state the following. I have now listen to this pertuiclar song performed by each and every one of the great ones, Merle, Cash, et.c. and while it is the same song there is something so profundly different yet powerfull and... I ramble , I . . . well they don't make'm like they used to. ... they sure do not make them like they used to. I bow my head and stand humbled

  • @HairTorque I agree. I have also heard different covers of this tune but this one is definitely my favorite. I think the difference is T Bone Burnett and a stellar band on that stage.
