Our Extraterrestrial halloween makeup tutorial continues as Sean, having finished the eye color application, moves on to applying Make-Up Designory's Cream Foundation (http://shop.mudshop.com/cream-foundation ) over the entire face.
Sean chooses a lighter color for a highlight and uses the torn edge of a sponge to stipple texture onto the face.
After the highlights are in place, the next step is to add shadows. Sean advises taking baby steps when applying Black Cream (http://shop.mudshop.com/character-fx-black ) makeup with the MUD #940 Foundation Brush (http://shop.mudshop.com/940-foundation-synthetic-brush ). It may also be nessessary to go back over these areas with the sponge to soften and contour the edges.
Next, Sean works on the contour of the nose using the #800 Brush (http://shop.mudshop.com/crease-brush ) and Graphite Eye Color (http://shop.mudshop.com/graphite ).
To give this look a real extraterrestrial feel, Sean uses the Ice Eye Color (http://shop.mudshop.com/ice) to set the makeup all over the face, beginning with the highlights and working into the shadows with the #700 brush (http://shop.mudshop.com/700-cheek-contour-natural-blend-brush ).
Poppy Cheek Color (http://shop.mudshop.com/poppy ) applied with a #510 Fan Brush warms up warms up the face just a little.
To get a great alien texture, dilute the Black Cream with 99% alcohol and fleck it onto the face around the contours using a toothbrush.
False lashes are then applied. But on the lower lid, the false lashes follow the eyeliner and NOT the natural lash line.
To complete the look, line and fill in the lips with the Natural Lip Pencil. Coat the lips with the Bare Lip Glaze. And for an added sparkle, use the Iced Latte Lip Gloss in the center of the lips with the #310 Lip Brush (http://shop.mudshop.com/310-lip-brush).
Once the model is in wardrobe, she is ready for a music video shoot or a halloween ball.
Beautiful! Love Sean's videos.
