hello i have a 2002 impala 3800. and my add water sign comes on but when i check the water it is full. could this be the problem i need to bleed it?

@mufffn the 02 model will over-heat if the cooling system is not bleed properly and the compartment heater will not produce hot air. I will recommend you have the coolant level senor check out(not the temperature).some are located in the radiator and others are located in the coolant over flow bottle. Some time the plunger on the sensor will remain stuck due to contaminate coolant or rust.
