The whole movie is drug related. The play Alice In Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass is about an acid trip, though I'm not familiar with the whole fundamentals, I do know that the Mad Hatter is meant to represent alcoholics, the caterpiller obviously marijuana, there's also significance in the mushrooms needed to change how she perceives things.

He's toking up, turns pink, then turns into a butterfly...... SWEET! I don't think the whole movie is drug related but definitely has its references. The old and new movie are my favs. I've got the old school cheshire on my right leg, and chessur from the new A.I.W. on my left leg. And tomorrow i'm going to get this caterpillar on the other side of my right leg, and the new on the other side of my left leg :D
