USB drives are so popular and generally get used to move data between multiple systems frequently. Even though USB drives are very useful, they are potential breeding ground for viruses. When you stick your flash drive the host computer will look for commands in "autorun.inf" to be executed automatically. Normally those commands in "autorun.inf" are harmless, but if the file was modified, it may call for execution of a Trojan or whatever program in your USB flash drive automatically.
Naevius USB Antivirus is a tool which protects your pen drive from autorun-viruses.
how can we believe that you have only one USB ???

@TechHelper87
You not think people have tried that?
The Virus is smarter than that, on PCs without Virus scan up-to-date (such as college computers) it makes the USB as a folder which can't be opened.
On mine there is only one account and that one is the Admin, when try and change from hidden to shown it won't "Requires admin priveleges". This is on Windows 7. Luckily this virus can't infect windows 7 thanks to the folders being moved round, but I'd like to be able to use USB in college.

Just right click the device, click "Open" and then delete the autorun.inf file
