Go Ramsay GO!!!!!  I've been in food service for, I don't know... since forever. And I love this guy. This guy knows how to run a kitchen and is passionate about it. Hell, if I could, I'd consider it an honor to be able to hang with this guy for 72 hours. The wealth of knowledge I could pick up from this guy.
