Sorry, 35 million bought that record over many years. "Bad" hit number one the first couple weeks it went out. Then it flopped. At that time, people were hugely disappointed with "Bad" at that time because "Thriller" was so successful. It was strangely suspicious when no one else (teenagers and young adults) bought "Bad" when "Thriller" was being stolen out of public libraries. You're remembering MJ's legacy. However, I remember MJ at his highs and lows when they occurred.

This is most certainly the best song Jermaine ever did. It has such a smooth and soothing sound to it. You can just take it in and relax. Such a powerful song and the video I always found to be very interesting. The story line is one very different from the usual 80's videos, more of movie theme to it! Love it! I remember rushing home back in the day to watch all the awesome videos on Mtv back when Mtv was totally awesome! Now it is just pathetic! At least I have my memories ! I sure miss it!
