Lately I've been feeling cooped up, so after hearing my new favourite song, I felt like I needed to find a MASSIVE space to dance in.
Naturally I went to the Royal Ontario Museum and was lucky enough to run into a fly group of girls who felt the same way I did.
The song we dance to is Ciara's "Gimme Dat"

OK, to be real, I met the Baby Girlz thanks to an organization called Arts For Kids and Youth. Erin Glover introduced us and the rest is history. They are an amazing group that you should most def. check out at www.afcy.ca
Me and the Baby Girlz worked on a routine for four weeks. They came up with the dance themselves and are seriously the most confident, fierce young girlz I've ever met. They taught me a lot.
To dance in a space big enough to handle ALL of our personalities, I decided the ROM would be the only fitting venue. Lauren Schneider, publicist at the ROM, made all of this happen. It took some time, but we did it and the results are monstrous!
If you want to learn more about the Baby Girlz, contact teh AFCY.
If you wanna go to the ROM, just go!
If you wanna dance, please learn the moves in this video and you'll be good to go.
Love,
Phil
p.s. the song at the beginning of the vid is Ciara's "Ride Remix" and the track playing during the credits is Ciara's "Goodies"!
YOU SHOULD DANCE AT DUNDAS SQUARE NEXT!!! :)
or Casa Loma, or Kensington Market, or Queen's Park, or the CN Tower :)
